Return-claim media will not be published or used in advertising without separate permission. It may be shared with a courier, payment provider, insurer, technology provider, professional adviser or lawful authority only where reasonably necessary for claim resolution, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and any consent controls displayed on the website. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store, cart or checkout from working correctly.
8. Marketing communications
Where permitted, we may send product news, offers or reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can opt out using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.
Opting out of marketing does not stop essential order, payment, delivery, security, claim or customer-service communications.

10. Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide and improve its services, maintain security, process transactions and, depending on your settings and applicable law, personalize commerce experiences.
For information about Shopify's independent processing, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, taxation, warranties, claims, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Different records may have different retention periods. For example, transaction and tax records may be kept for the legally required period, while unnecessary marketing or support data may be deleted sooner. Return-claim media may be retained until the claim, courier dispute, chargeback and related legal limitation period have been resolved, after which it will be deleted, anonymized or securely archived as appropriate.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. However, no online system or transmission method is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and device. Contact us promptly if you believe your account, order or personal information has been compromised.

The website is intended for customers who can legally enter into a contract. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for independent purchasing. A parent or guardian should place an order for a minor.
